How do you behave correctly at a tournament evening event / award ceremony in golf?
Even if you have not won a prize yourself and are not one of the winners of a golf tournament, you should be present at an award ceremony and/or an evening event as part of a golf tournament. An award ceremony in golf is just as much a part of golf tournaments as the tournament round itself. As the sponsors often go to great lengths with such golf events and usually spare no expense or effort, it is golf etiquette to take part in this supporting program as a tournament participant. Care should be taken to choose the right clothing. If the organizer has not specified a dress code for golf in advance, you are always well advised to make a sporty and elegant appearance .
