What does the term "golf buoyancy" mean?
If you want to learn and master the game of golf, you not only need to build up your fitness and dynamics like in any other sport, but also know the techniques behind the sport. The golf swing is a very complex sequence of movements which, in addition to routine and feel, also has a lot to do with technical and tactical play. That is why we are always happy to give our golf students lessons in technique and tactics. One technical topic that is an essential part of the physical theory of the swing is that of golf lift. The most difficult thing - getting the golf ball in the air
For most golfers, the biggest challenge is getting the ball into the air - let alone into a long and straight flight. It often rolls or bounces just a few meters away from the tee position. You often ask yourself what went wrong this time. The simple answer is that there was little or no golf lift. But as simple as the answer is, the implementation is a challenge. This is because the lift is determined by several different factors: - the take-off speed, - the rotational speed and - the surface quality of the golf ball itself. It is only through a combination of these factors that the golf ball can rise into the air at all. For many beginners, the take-off speed is therefore the most important factor. This is usually not achieved because the golf ball is not hit correctly. So overcoming this factor is one of the first challenges in learning and implementing golf lift.
