The golf etiquette rules as well as the golf rules and the golf etiquette are standardized on every golf course worldwide. This guarantees that a smooth course of play and correct behavior on the golf course is possible anywhere in the world, in the most diverse cultures. There are minor deviations from the rules in some continents or countries, but this can theoretically also be the case at two neighboring clubs in Germany, as each golf course has the option of creating its own course rules and can also freely manage compliance with golf etiquette and golf etiquette. An example: In Australia, stones in the bunker are movable obstacles and may always be removed without penalty.
