Kicker: Types of play in golf

kicker

Similar to tennis, golfers have the option of repeating shots at kicker . A second tee shot is therefore permitted. However, due to the resulting delay, the kicker should only be played on days when the golf course is free.

Variants of the kicker

There are a total of 3 variations of the kicker. Variant 1: A player can repeat any shot on any hole. The second shot always counts. Variant 2: The player is given a number of strokes according to his handicap, which he may repeat during the round. Both the first and the second shot can then be selected by the player. Variant 3: The players with the higher handicaps are credited the handicap difference to the best player as repeat strokes. This player, in turn, does not receive a second stroke during the round.
