The Frankfurt Golf Week is still a very young event and was held for the first time in 2011. The founder of the golf events in the Rhine-Main region is R & S Golf Services GbR. Under the direction of Jennifer Siekmann and her agency SportKulturWerkstatt, the PR and event organization of the golf tournaments in Frankfurt are handled. Uwe Rieper is responsible for marketing and sales for the Frankfurt Golf Week together with his agency golffreunde.net. The golf tournaments are held in Frankfurt and the surrounding area and the following top courses were on the program in the first year: the Golf-Club Main-Taunus, the Golf Sport Park Groß-Zimmern, the Golfclub Taunus Weilrod, the Golfclub Hof Trages and the Golfclub Hanau Wilhelmsbad.
