Penalty for disqualification - DGV Rules of Golf

a) From the competition
A competitor is disqualified from the competition if he incurs the penalty of disqualification under any of the following rules:

- Rule 1-3 Agreement not to apply rules
- Rule 3-4 Refusal to play
- Rule 4 Golf clubs
- Rule 5-1 or 5-2 The ball
- Rule 6-2b Default
- Rule 6-3 Playing time and groups of players
- Rule 6-4 Caddie
- Rule 6-6b Signing and submitting the scorecard
- Rule 6-6d Incorrect number of strokes for the hole, e.g. if the number of strokes written down is lower than the number actually scored, except that the breach of this rule is not punishable if it does not affect the outcome of the hole
- Rule 6-7 Unreasonable delay, slow play
- Rule 6-8 Interruption of play
- Rule 7-1 Practicing before or between rounds
- Rule 11-1 Touching down the ball
- Rule 14-3 Artificial aids, improper equipment and improper use of equipment
- Law 22-1 Ball assists play
- Rule 33-7 Disqualification Penalty imposed by the Committee

b) Only for the hole
In all other cases, a breach of the rules by a competitor that results in a disqualification only has the effect of a disqualification for the hole in question.
