Ball falls off the tee - DGV Rules of Golf

"If a golf ball that is not in play falls off the tee or is knocked off the tee by the player at address, it may be put back on without penalty.

However, if a stroke is made after the ball, this stroke counts, regardless of whether the ball has moved or not, but no penalty is added."²
