The golf water hazard

There are two types of obstacles in golf, the so-called bunkers and the golf water hazards. There are two variants of these. One is the lateral golf water hazard, which is marked with red posts or lines, and the other is the frontal golf water hazard. This is marked with yellow posts or lines. Golf balls that come to rest in a golf water hazard may either be hit out of it or dropped with a penalty stroke in accordance with the rules of golf. As there is not always necessarily water in a water hazard, there are certainly positions from which the ball can also be played in the hazard. However, if a golfer wants to hit the ball out of the hazard, they must be careful not to place the golf club on the ground before hitting the ball. This would result in a penalty stroke. Therefore, test swings with ground contact in the obstacle are also not permitted. This of course also applies to a sand bunker.
