PG-POWERGOLF sets new standards with a new type of remote control using gesture control.
Caddy manufacturer PG-POWERGOLF has always been known for its innovative technical innovations. Managing Director Peter Ganser has now presented an innovation that is causing a stir in the industry. A new type of remote control with gesture control. It consists of a control panel with just one button.
Peter Ganser says: "It was always clear to us that we would launch a remote control for our caddies that would make life easier for golfers, not more complicated. We know that many owners of conventional electric trolleys with remote controls don't use them because they are too complicated, have too many buttons and the trolley doesn't always go where it's supposed to go. We have therefore developed a hand-held transmitter that only has an on/off switch and is otherwise only controlled by gestures. This is absolutely new and simply ingenious."
It is controlled via the earth's magnetic field, i.e. you simply move the control unit slightly to the side and the Caddy moves either to the right or left. If you tilt the remote control slightly forwards, the caddy moves straight ahead. If you tilt the control panel slightly backwards, the caddy moves backwards. In this way, the speed can also be infinitely adjusted. By turning the remote control, it is also possible to drive in reverse. The remote control has a range of up to 100 meters.
The remote control is available for all PG-POWERGOLF MAGIC+ models from July 2016. Surcharge: € 390. All PG-POWERGOLF MAGIC+ models can also be retrofitted. The price for retrofitting is € 590.
Please note: - We will be happy to collect your PG-Powergolf Magic+ trolley from your home so that the remote control can be retrofitted directly at the factory!
