Swing Trainer 'Hole in One'

The "Swing Trainer" training aid enables you to adjust your own swing rhythm and the release
of the wrists (= going through the ball).
If used correctly, you will notice that your swing rhythm becomes more consistent, you will achieve very good release timing and you will hit significantly longer.

1. setting the stroke length

Use the rotary knob and the white line at the end of the shaft to set the desired club length.
This also symbolizes the corresponding club for this distance.
As on the golf course, you should warm up your body by stretching before training with the swing trainer. To get into a consistent rhythm, we recommend starting with a length of 80 - 100 m and then continuously increasing the length.

2. the training

Now hit with the training aid as you would with a "normal" club. If done correctly, you should hear a clicking sound in the impact area during the stroke. Another clicking sound should be heard at the finish. For an optimal rhythm, train until both clacks are released at the right time.

3. tips for use

The device can be used as a warm-up before the round to get into the golf rhythm. You can train your rhythm without any problems, especially at home. Make sure
make sure you have enough space! Especially people in the swing area (risk of accident).
The angle of the swing path should look like your normal iron swing, the short irons steeper, the long woods flatter. Keep your right elbow on your body during the upswing to achieve the optimum swing path.
Note: It is possible for the magnet to become jammed inside the head and the "clicking sound" will therefore no longer be triggered. If this happens, hit the swing trainer hard on a carpet with the head facing downwards. The magnet should then release again.

4th professional tip

Hit a few balls on the range with your nine iron, then practise a few shots with the swing trainer and a constant rhythm. Then hit a few more balls with the nine iron. You will be surprised at the result.
