Scramble
A scramble team usually consists of 4 players. However, this form of competition can of course also be played in teams of 3 or 2.
Basic rule - Scramble
In a scramble each player on the team hits a ball. The team then decides which of the balls hit is the best and selects it. The player who hit this ball marks the spot in advance with a tee and then plays the next shot. The other players now drop a ball at a distance of one golf club length, no closer to the hole, and continue to play this ball. This procedure is repeated with every shot until the hole is completed. On the green, the balls are not dropped but placed within one club head length of the hole. Beforehand, the position of the ball is marked with a ball marker. marked with a ball marker.
Types of scramble
In the Florida, Texas and Teachers scramble, other different hurdles are built into the game. For example, a certain minimum number of tees must be used by each player.
