a) Obstruction
Obstruction by a wrong green is given if a ball is on the wrong green.
Obstruction under this rule does not apply if only the stance or the space of a player's intended swing is affected.
b) Relief
If a player's ball is on the wrong green, he may not play the ball as it lies. He must take the following relief without penalty:
The player must pick up the ball and drop it within one club length of the nearest point of relief and no closer to the hole than that point. The nearest point of relief must not be in an obstacle or on a green. When dropped within one club length of the nearest point of relief, the ball must first strike a part of the course in a place that excludes obstruction by the wrong green and is not in an obstruction and not on a green. The ball picked up in accordance with this rule may be cleaned up.
