Tee markers
"Before a player takes his first shot with any ball from the tee of the hole to be played, the tee markers are deemed to be fixed.
If the player moves a tee marker in such a context, or allows it to be moved so as to prevent it from obstructing his stance, the space of his intended swing or his line of play, he shall incur a penalty for breach of Rule 13-2."².
