Golf club and golf course in Leipzig / Noitzsch: Immediately after reunification, the 1st Golfclub Leipzig e. V. was founded on April 7, 1990, making it the first golf club to be established in the new federal states. Unrestricted play on the 18-hole championship golf course "Noitzscher Heide" was possible 8 years later on July 10, 1998. Since 01.01.2010, the golf course in Leipzig has been called "Dübener Heide".
