The golf-baseball grip in golf is understood to mean gripping the golf club with all ten fingers. This is why the grip is also often called the ten-finger grip. This grip is usually recommended for younger players or small people with short fingers. They have less strength in their hands and forearms and the grip therefore offers a little more power transfer. With the golf baseball grip, the second hand is placed directly in front of the first hand, i.e. the little finger is placed next to the index finger of the first hand without hooking or overlapping. The disadvantage of the golf-baseball grip is that the right hand, which most golfers already use too much (for right-handed golfers), can be used even more intensively
